Draconic Necromancer

Draconic Necromancer

An ancient umbral dragon has made its kingdom in the Netherworld.
It started almost accidently. Umbral dragons feed upon the undead—the unique flavour of animating void energy is particularly delectable to them. As a consequence, folk that make their home in the Netherworld flocked to the relative safety the dragon has wrought with its hunt.
Over time, the dragon became something of a god to these folk, and they its servants. Chief among the umbral dragon's staff is the necromancer, a spellcaster that can raise the dead to feed the umbral dragon's specific appetite. In return, the necromancer learns secrets and techniques from the dragon known only to a few. The creation of undead shadows, among them. A particularly choice morsel for an umbral dragon.

Grim Fascination

Shadow

Shadow necromancers, also known as umbramancers, manipulate the powers of darkness and the Universe's shadow, the Netherworld. Your thralls often resemble shadows or creatures of pure darkness.
Grave Spell steal shadow
Thrall Enhancement Your thralls are creatures of darkness, and are concealed whenever they are in dim light or darkness, even against creatures that have low-light or darkvision, this means that creatures that attack them must first pass a DC 5 flat check.

Lurker in the Dark

Feat 6

necromancer

Frequency once per day

You were born in the dark, molded by it. You have greater darkvision and you add the darkness spell to your dirge. Once per day, when you cast darkness you may cast it using only 2 actions, instead of 3.

Mortis Draconic

Feat 8

necromancer

You call forth an undead dragon, wreathed in shadows. You learn the mortis draconic grave spell.

Dark Rider

Feat 10

uncommonnecromancer

Through earned favours or dark pacts, you have secured a means of passage through the Netherworld. Add umbral journey to your dirge. Whenever you cast umbral journey, an umbral dragon—or a facsimile of one—greets you in the Netherworld and offers to fly you and up to 5 other creatures to your destination.
The dragon has a flying travel speed of 12 miles per hour, which means it can cover 6,912 miles of distance in the Universe before the spell ends.
The dragon flies directly in a straight line to the destination you give it. It's up to the GM if it knows where your given destination is, but typically it knows where all cities, large towns and significant landmarks are.
The dragon's patience is not unlimited. Once you accept the dragon's offer, it will not appear again until 7 days have passed.

Primeval Fear

Feat 12

necromancer

Prerequisites shadow grim fascination

What lurks beyond our sight—in shadow and darkness—provokes a deep, primeval fear in most creatures. Dragons, ancient predators, provoke a similar primeval fear response. With the power of both darkness and dragons in your grasp, you can strike fear into the hearts of any who stand against you.
You have resistance to all damage from frightened creatures equal to half your level.
Whenever you destroy a thrall, you may demoralize a creature within 30 feet of that thrall as a free action. This demoralize action may use your Necromancer spell attack roll modifier instead of Intimidation for the check, and creatures are not immune to it if they have been demoralized by you within the last 10 minutes, nor do they become immune.
