Hoard Master

Although numerous in breeds and behaviors, the one thing all dragons share is the lust for treasure and the greed their hoards elicit. To emulate this rapacity is to invite this sickeness into your very heart. Those that behold your vast riches will understand your rapture, and those who dare to part you from a single coin will learn your wrath.


Hoard Master Dedication

Feat 2


Prerequisites: Charisma +2


You have a burning desire to gather your hoard of items and treasures. You become trained in your choice of Diplomacy or Thievery; if you are already trained in both, you become an expert in one instead. Increase your limit on invested items from 10 to 12. While you have at least 5 invested items, you gain a +1 circumstance bonus to your Perception DC against attempts to Steal from you and to any saving throw against an effect targeting an item you’re holding or carrying. This bonus increases to +2 at 10 invested items and +4 at 15. You gain the Gleaming Splendor action.

You flaunt your wealth to a creature within 15 feet. It must make a Will save against the higher of your class DC or spell DC or become dazzled or fascinated by you until the beginning of your next turn (your choice). On a critical failure, they are stupefied 1 by your gaudy affluence.

New Trait: Greed

An action with the Greed trait progresses the covetous urges that grip you. When taking an action with the Greed trait, you must attempt a save against Dragon Sickness. If you fail, you become confused. Your DM could decide for you to become fascinated of a creature or object instead.

After your daily preparations, if you do not have your maximum number of invested items, you are afflicted with Dragon Sickness

Dragon Sickness (curse, dragon) A successful 4th-rank cleanse affliction spell, rather than ending this curse, reduces its stage by 1 (to a minimum of stage 1). While you are afflicted with Dragon Sickness, if you are within reach of at least two creatures, you are off-guard as your delusion of thieves grips you. Level your level; Saving Throw Will save against a hard DC of the curse's level; Stage 1 While fascinated when a creature uses hostile actions against you or any of your allies you must make a flat check to end the condition. This flat check shares the DC with the confused condition.(1 day); Stage 2 As Stage 1, your flat DC for confusion is 12 and stupefied 1 (1 day);

Avaricious Adoration

Prerequisites: Hoard Master Dedication


Your mimicry of dragons grants you their blessing. You gain the Domain Initiate feat for the domain of Ambition, Dragon, Tyranny, or Wealth. You can Refocus by spending 10 minutes admiring your hoard of trinkets. You gain the trained proficiency rank in spell attack modifier and spell DC, increasing to expert at 11th level.

Special You can select this feat multiple times, selecting a different domain each time and gaining its domain spell.

Shiny Impetus

Prerequisites: Hoard Master Dedication


You have a knack for finding shiny objects, and finding a place to keep them. You gain the Hefty Hauler skill feat, even if you don’t meet the prerequisites. You gain gold sense as an imprecise sense with a range of 30 feet. This allows you to sense the presence of objects with a gold value greater than 0 or creatures carrying them.

Growing Obsession

Feat 4


Prerequisites: Hoard Master Dedication


One of your items, though you treasure each bauble and every coin, it's more valuable than all the rest, your Mathom. Your Mathom can be any held or worn item with a gold value greater than 0. Your intense fixation on this item infuses it with a fragment of draconic power, choose fire, force, mental, or spirit, while worn or held you gain a +1 item bonus to saving throws against effects with the Emotion, or chosen trait. You Mathom gains the Invested and Magical traits if it did not have it before as well as chosen trait.

Additionally, you gain the Thief’s Reward reaction. This reaction gains your chosen trait and deals damage of that type.

During your daily preparations, you can choose a new Mathom and a new trait.

Special If your Mathom already has the invested trait, you can invest in it a second time, furthering your obsession and its power. Your item bonus increases to a +2 and Thief’s reward deals persistent damage equal to your charisma modifier.

Trigger A creature critically fails an attempt to Steal, Strike, or Disarm against you.


They gain your full attention and wrath. You become fascinated by the creature and deal damage equal to your level of the chosen type.

Garnished Garments

Feat 6


Prerequisites: Hoard Master Dedication


You find precious metals to be the finest accoutrements. You gain the group impression skill feat, even if you don’t meet the prerequisites. During daily preparations, if you have at least 1 Bulk of coins, you can invest them as a worn or displayed item. While invested you gain a circumstance bonus on checks to make an impression and it loses the auditory and linguistic traits and gains the visual trait. The circumstance bonus is dependent on the coins invested, +1 for Silver, +2 for Gold, and +4 for Platinum.

Tithe and Tribute

Feat 6


Prerequisites: Hoard Master Dedication


Each coin calls for others to join. While you have at least 5 invested items, You gain a +1 circumstance bonus to skill checks to Earn Income. This bonus increases to +2 while you have 10 invested items and +4 at 15. Additionally, if you would get a success on a skill check to earn income, you get a critical success instead, and if you would critically succeed you gain twice as much currency.

Increase your limit on invested items from 12 to 13.

Dragon Sickness gains: Stage 3 As Stage 1, your flat DC for confusions is 13 and stupefied 2 (1 day);

Covetous Gaze

Feat 8


Prerequisites: Hoard Master Dedication


Once your eyes fall upon something, you must have it. You gain a status bonus to Thievery checks and actions with the Attack trait equal to your current stage of Dragon Sickness against creatures you are fascinated with.

Golden Touch

Feat 8


Prerequisites: Growing Obsession


What better way to protect your hoard than with your most prized piece. During your daily preparations you can choose to make any weapon your Mathom. While you wield your Mathom, your Strikes with it deal 1 additional damage of the chosen type per weapon damage die. If you are invested twice in your Mathom, increase the damage per die to 2. If your Mathom is a Ring or Held item, this bonus instead applies to your unarmed strikes.

Impenetrable Wealth

Feat 8


Prerequisites: Growing Obsession


Your various gilded trinkets cover you like armor. During your daily preparations you can choose to make any Armor or Shield your Mathom. While you wear your Mathom, you gain resistance equal to half your level of the chosen type. If you are invested twice in your Mathom, increase the resistance to half your level + your Charisma modifier.

Infectious Greed

Feat 10


Prerequisites: Hoard Master Dedication


Those who witness your grandeur, are momentarily taken by your own affliction. Whenever you critically succeed with an attack while afflicted by Dragon Sickness, the target must attempt a Will save against the higher of your class DC or spell DC, becoming your choice of dazzled or fascinated by you until the end of your next turn.

Feat 10


Prerequisites: Tithe and Tribute


Your wealth has grown so vast all take notice. Gleaming Splendor targets all creatures of your choice within 15 feet and loses the concentrate trait.

Increase your limit on invested items from 13 to 14.

Dragon Sickness gains: Stage 4 As Stage 1, your flat DC for confusions is 14 and stupefied 3 (1 day);

Smothering Opulence

Prerequisites: Hoard Master Dedication


Your delight in wealth has become so excessive that witnessing it is itself nauseating. Whenever a creature becomes fascinated of you or dazzled by you, they become sickened 1.

Wake the Dragon

Feat 14


Prerequisites: Behold The Magnificent


During your daily preparations choose arcane, primal, occult, or divine. Once per day you can cast summon dragon as an innate spell, heightened to half your level rounded up. This spell gains the Greed trait and trait of the tradition you chose.

Increase your limit on invested items from 14 to 15.

Dragon Sickness gains: Stage 5 As Stage 1, your flat DC for confusions is 15. All creatures with the dragon trait are Hostile to you. You are Confused gain the effects of dragon form, heightened to half your level rounded up. (1 minute);
