"While many creatures are connected to nature, there are few that embody both it's beauty, it's power, as well as being able to recognize it as well as the Horned Dragon. Whether it be through to a bloodline or managing to impress a dragon into an apprenticeship, You learn primal magic as a dragon would"
Special: The Horned Dragon order is a variant of the Untamed order. If you have the Horned Dragon order, you count as a member of the Untamed order, and you qualify for Untamed order feats.
Order Skill Occultism(It's more focused on knowledge than Arcana, though I was thinking of that as well.)

Horn Rush Feat 4
Druid, Morph

Drawing your magic into a single point, you briefly manifest a horn like a horned dragon. You may stride once with a 10 ft boost to your speed. Horn (Magical)
1d12
Special: You can use this action if you are under a polymorph effect, if you do then the damage scales with your battle form. If you are under the effects of Dragon Form, you get a +2 to damage and athletic checks. If you have any other movement speed, you may also use those as well.
Poisonous Wood Feat 6
Druid, Spellshape, Poison
The famed breath of a Horned Dragon is poisonous, but that is merely an extension of their magic, and you have learned how to channel this into your own magic to channel nature’s poison. If you cast a spell with the plant, fungi, or wood trait, you augment it with a poisonous aura. If the spell is instant, the spell does additional poison splash damage 1d6 per spell rank, if the spell doesn’t have a saving throw then it gains a fortitude saving throw. If the spell has a duration of 1 minute or longer, then it develops a thin cloud of poison around it, creatures who end start their turn within 10 feet of the spell must make a fortitude save or take 1d6 per spell rank.
Risen in the Hierarchy Feat 18

Requires: Order of the Horned Dragon, Specialized Companion(druid) Rank 18 As your knowledge begins to reach the peaks of the horned dragon, your magic begins to affect your companion, infusing them with a trace of your teacher's magic. *When you cast a spell with the plant, poison, or wood trait, your companion's strikes gain 1d6 persistent poison damage or increase any existing poison damage by a dice size.
*It gains the beast trait.
*Its Intelligence modifier increases by 2 and its Wisdom modifier increases by 1.
*It is an expert in Nature. It can speak Draconic
*Its maximum Hit Points increase by 25, and 30 at 20th level.
*When you use Horn Rush, you can use a reaction to have your companion use an action with the attack trait on the enemy I they’re within rank, this attempt neither applies nor counts toward your multiple attack penalty
I would want the druids to have some sort of ornament on their foreheads to be a stone or a piece of wood in the shape of a horn, with their outfit resembling some foliage in a similar way that a horned dragon's scales do. To make it stand out I would ask to make it or any horned dragon represented to be of a different color than green, like perhaps orange like a leaf in the fall. I bring this up as it was mentioned that Horned Dragons can be all sorts of colors but they have all mostly been green in art work so far as I have seen.
