Each Team+ book comes with a “Virtual Tabletop Info” sidebar near the table of contents. There, you will find both Foundry and Pathbuilder2e links, or if they are not published, a Coming Soon! stand-in. These addons are available with the PDF, but are released after its initial publication. They are added through an update, announced over on Discord or through Pathfinder Infinite.
